Our individual health is determined by where we are on the spectrum from disease to healthy. Each of us come to this spectrum with our individual genetic make-up, lifestyle choices, strengths, and weaknesses.  No two of us are alike nor at the same place.

 

We are also somewhere on the spectrum of Positively Healthy eating.  Maybe you are meat and potatoes. Maybe seafood is your thing.  Maybe you love desserts and sweets.  Maybe you like fruit but have a difficult time liking veggies.  Maybe you are trying to be healthier by eating less processed food. Maybe you are trying to change your diet but are confused by all the conflicting hype about what not to eat or to eat.  Maybe you don't know how to cook. Or have time to cook.  Maybe you love to snack.  Maybe you have chronic disease or cancer that seemingly dictates your eating style.
